Throughout her tenure, Sara has distinguished herself as a leader with foresight and commitment. She first demonstrated her adeptness by expertly managing the Builders Risk and Inland Marine unit, later transitioning to steer the Small Business department as its Manager and subsequently as Director. Under her guidance, the department has flourished, developing key carrier relationships and launching innovative programs tailored to the unique challenges faced by small businesses.
