You can access NorbieLink directly from your current legacy portal. Just click the toggle button to switch to NorbieLink. You can move between the legacy portal and NorbieLink at any time during the transition.

Can I switch back to the legacy portal if I need to?
Yes. You can switch between NorbieLink and the legacy portal anytime using the toggle button. Both portals will remain available during the transition period, so you can use whichever one works best for you.

How do I get my login credentials?
Your agency admin will create your account, and you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for setting up your password and multi-factor authentication.

What if I forget my password?
NorbieLink offers self-service password recovery, so you can reset your password directly from the login screen. If needed, your agency admin can also help.

What is MFA, and do I have to use it?
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security by requiring a verification code in addition to your password. Yes, MFA is required to help protect your account and client data.

Can I access NorbieLink on mobile?
Yes. NorbieLink can be accessed from any device with a web browser. Additional mobile-friendly enhancements are planned for future releases.

Who is my agency admin?
Your agency admin is the person designated by your agency to manage user access. If you’re not sure who that is, please contact BTIS Support.

What can agency admins do in NorbieLink?
Agency admins can manage user access directly in NorbieLink, including assigning or removing admin rights, editing or deactivating users, reassigning accounts, and resetting login credentials—without needing to contact support.

How do I become an admin?
An existing agency admin can grant you admin rights through the admin control panel in NorbieLink.

What is the Appetite Search tool?
Appetite Search is an AI-powered tool that helps you quickly identify the right coverage options for your clients. Simply enter a class code and state to instantly see which BTIS programs are eligible across all lines of business.

How does Appetite Search save me time?
Instead of searching through multiple programs or contacting underwriting to check appetite, Appetite Search gives you immediate results showing which markets will accept the risk. This helps reduce misquotes and improves submission accuracy.

Do I have to use Appetite Search?
No, Appetite Search is optional. However, many agents find that it significantly speeds up the quoting process and helps them discover programs they may not have otherwise considered.

What is Global Search?
Global Search helps you quickly find policies, quotes, and bonds across your entire portfolio. Just enter a search term to get instant results.

What’s different about the dashboards?
Quotes and policies now have separate dashboards for improved organization. You can also filter by producer, status, or effective date to find what you need more quickly.

What is ProSuite?
ProSuite is a suite of producer tools built into NorbieLink. It includes Outmarket quote comparison, Tivly CRM leads, ProSessions scheduling, certificate of insurance (COI) generation, business documents, and multilingual marketing resources.

Do I need a separate login for ProSuite tools?
No. NorbieLink uses single sign-on (SSO) integration, beginning with Outmarket, so you can access supported ProSuite tools without an additional login.

Can I customize my NorbieLink experience?
Yes. You can personalize your experience by choosing light or dark mode, adjusting workspace settings, and customizing your dashboard views.

How do I submit a new quote?
NorbieLink streamlines the quoting process with a faster, more intuitive interface. To get started, go to the Marketplace and select the line of business you need. The system will guide you through each step of the submission process.

Are endorsements easier to process?
Yes. NorbieLink includes enhanced endorsement workflows designed to make policy changes and modifications easier to manage.

Can I still access all lines of business?
Absolutely. NorbieLink includes access to all BTIS lines of business, including General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, BOP, Commercial Auto, Inland Marine, Business Renters, Excess, Bonds, and more.

Where can I learn how to use NorbieLink?
NorbieLink includes a built-in Learning Center with getting-started guides, feature tutorials, and program resources. You’ll also receive training materials by email before launch.

What if I need help after launch?

Will there be live training sessions?

Is this the final version of NorbieLink?
